Heat is the real concern. Decorative fireplace or glass-front insert: no precautions needed, our matte paper 250 g/m² with PVC coating will hold up. Active open fireplace used frequently: radiant heat and dry air will yellow and warp any unprotected paper. Frame it under glass (optional frame: +50 € for M, +70 € for L, +100 € for XL) and place it on the mantle rather than against the flue wall. Same logic as sunlight: protect a poster from fading.
