Delivery & tracking
Each poster is printed to order, then delivered in 5 to 7 working days, with tracking. In December carriers are very busy: don't wait until the last days.
When should I order for Christmas?
As early as possible: allow 5 to 7 working days for delivery, and carriers are very busy in December. You can track your parcel at any time.
Can I have it delivered straight to the recipient?
Yes: simply enter their address as the delivery address at checkout.
What if they don't like the poster?
You have 14 days from delivery to let us know (poster in its original condition, return shipping paid by you). A custom poster can't be returned just because you changed your mind. See returns
I don't know their taste well: what should I pick?
Start from a theme they love, then pick size L and a black frame, which goes with almost everything.
Is a custom poster a good gift?
Yes: a family or travel photo or a drawing, printed in M or L, with or without a frame. Pick a sharp, high-resolution image.
